Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of Mustika Collection craft workers in Jatisari Village and describe the behavior of Mustika Collection convection workers in Jatisari Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation with research subjects are business owners and employees of convection. The results showed that convection work requires expertise and skills in working on a negligee. In working on the negligee at the Mustika Collection convection, among other things, giving the buttonhole, giving the button, cleaning the remaining thread, folding the negligee and packaging. Having the skills and expertise is able to complete the negligee easily and proficiently. The behavior of convection workers has an attitude of responsibility, discipline, consistency and mutual cooperation between each other. The role of Mustika Collection convection employees assisting businesses in completing a negligee that has been sewn and ready to be packed is an employee skill that makes the work process faster. The behavior of workers so far has been very good with the attitude of employees that leads to a positive direction towards work results.
