Abstract
This study aims to determine the interests that affect non-Muslim communities in Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency in transacting at Islamic banks. The existence of a non-Muslim community is caused by several influencing factors. This is very important to be considered by Islamic banks in order to maintain and increase the number of non-Muslim customers so that they are interested in transacting at Islamic banks. This type of research is field research with qualitative data types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used descriptive and deductive analysis. From the results of this study. From the results of this study, the percentage of Promotional Factors which was judged to strongly agree by 54 percent of respondents, 43 percent agreed to the services of Islamic banks which were better and friendlier than conventional banks, 48 percent agreed to the guarantee and trust factor on the reputation of Islamic banks, 57 percent stated that they strongly agree with the Facility factor, and as many as 55 percent of respondents also agree on the influence or family habits that cause respondents to use Islamic banks.
