Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of wages, investment, health, and education level on labor productivity in Indonesia. The method used was in this study is panel data regression, which is a combination of cross section data (34 Province in Indonesia) and time series data for two years (2018-2019). Based on the results, of the Chow test and the Housman test the best model chosen is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Based on the results, of the validity test (t test) at the significance level (α), of 0,01 the wages, health, and education levels had a positive and significant effect on labor productivity in Indonesia. At the significance level (α), of 0,05 investment had a positive and significant effect on labor productivity in Indonesia in 2018-2019.
