Abstract

Sekaralas Village is a village that provides administrative services to the community. The service still uses the manual method, namely rewriting the contents of the form that has been written by the public into a letter format in Microsoft Word, then the officer inputs incoming and outgoing letters using Microsoft Excel. This causes delays in making letters and recording letters. The purpose of this study was to develop an information system for administrative services in Sekaralas Village. Website-based administrative service information system. System development using the waterfall method with the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter Framework. The waterfall method has 5 stages including requirements analysis, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, operation and maintenance. The system was successfully built with the results of the blackbox test stating that the system is running according to its function and the results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test of the system get a score of 82.42 which indicates that the system is acceptable by the user. The system is able to assist administrative services in the Sekaralas sub-district and the community can submit letter requests online. So that it can facilitate the performance of kelurahan employees, simplify the archiving of administrative data.
