Abstract
This study aims to identify employee performance at the Carfix WR Supratman workshop uses the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and the Rating Scale to re-measure the level of mechanical performance, , knowing the factors that most influence mechanical productivity to be evaluated, describe how the level of employee performance appraisal through the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Rating Scale methods, to determine the quality of employee performance at the Carfix W.R Supratman workshop. Based on performance appraisals and performance categories for each employee / mechanic through the AHP method and rating scale, It is known that of the 15 employees / mechanics who were respondents, the rating scale A (very high performance category) was 1 person with a total value is 4.426, then the employees / mechanics who were included in the rating scale B (high performance category) were 6 employees / mechanics, which is included in the rating scale C (standard performance category) there are 8 employees / mechanics, there are no employees / mechanics who are included in the D and E rating scales, namely low performance and ineffective performance. So it can be concluded that all mechanics who work at the Carfix W.R Supratman workshop have worked according to standards.
