Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of monetary and financial policy on the Indonesian economy by using the Mundell-Fleming (IS-LM) model application, the main objective is to see the impact of monetary and financial policy on Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Indonesia as a small open economy country with imperfect capital flows, so the Mundell Fleming model is that monetary policy is more effective in increasing Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Variations of the Mundell Fleming model in the Indonesian economy were constructed and analyzed using the two stage least square (TSLS) method. The structural equation models built in this study are the LM equation model, the inflation equation model, the interest rate equation model, the money supply model (JUB) and the rupiah exchange rate equation model against the US dollar.
