Abstract

Lease is an agreement whereby one party binds himself to give the other party the enjoyment of an item, for a certain period of time and with the payment of a price which the latter party is able to pay. Lease is also an obligatory agreement, namely an agreement that creates reciprocal rights and obligations for each party that creates an engagement with the other. Reciprocal agreements are often also called bilateral agreements or two-party agreements. Good faith in a subjective sense can be interpreted as someone's honesty in carrying out a legal act, namely what lies in a person's inner attitude when a legal act is held. The implementation of the principle of good faith is not a simple matter, it is important to carry out every contract that has been mutually agreed upon. Whereas the lease agreement is due to a period of time, the agreement contains the risk that the rights and obligations imposed on the parties are not carried out properly, such as the occurrence of default, or others, it requires good faith from both parties. This exhibition consists of booths or spaces which are then used to showcase the products or services provided by entrepreneurs. These booths are rented out by exhibition managers, both private and government exhibition managers. In an agreement the importance of applying the principles of agreement law including the application of the principle of good faith, in the application of the principle of good faith in the Stand agreement is very important, it affects the implementation of the rights and obligations stated in the Stand rental agreement.
