Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, training and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Pemalang Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study, with a population of employees of the Pemalang Regency Regional Development Planning Agency. This BAPPEDA employee with a total of 47 employees with data processing using SPSS 15. The sample selection used a non�probability sampling approach with a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study was primary data through questionnaires. validity and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The conclusion of this study is that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. exercise has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance.
