Abstract
Learning the solar system is a structured activity or a learning process to recognize a collection of celestial bodies bound by gravity. This study aims to design learning media for grade VI elementary school students, especially thematic subjects theme 9 about the solar system which has an influence on increasing student interest and learning outcomes. Making this interactive learning media using the Adobe Animate 2020 application. This research uses the RnD (Research and Development) method and uses the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation) development model. This learning media has been tested to get a response from the user, namely to 2 lecturers of Informatics Engineering Education, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta to determine the effectiveness of the media and show that 23 items have a V value of 0.91 with a lower limit of 0.74 to an upper limit of 0.98 or a V value of 0.91. 0.92 and can be declared valid according to aiken v table. The material test on this media was carried out by 3 teachers at SDN 1 Blulukan and got the results that 22 items had a V value of 0.93 with a lower limit of 0.64 to an upper limit of 0.93 or a V value of 0.83 and can be said to be valid.
