Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of variables Inflation, BI Rate, Exchange Rate on the profitability of Bank Muamalat Indoensia 2016-2019 period proxied through Return on Assets (ROA). The variables used in this study are Inflation, BI Rate and Exchange Rate. The data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of panel data and the selected model test in the Multiple Linier Regression model using Return On assets as the dependent variable while Inflation, BI Rate, and Exchange Rate as independent variables. The result of this study indicate that just The Exchange Rate variable has a positive and significant effect Return on Assets of Bank Muamalat Indonesia shown by value of sig t 0,021. Exsistance of model or F test, model used exist with F value 0,075 statistic. The adjusted R² value of 14,4% indicates that variables that effect the Return on Assets (ROA) of Bank Muamalat Indonesia are contained in the model explained by the variables of Inflation, BI Rate, and Exchange Rate. The remaining 86,6% is influenced by other variables or factors that are not included in the research model.
