Abstract
Anis Tri Rahayu Utami / A210170238. POLA PEMASARAN PRODUK BIAN BROWNIES DI PASAR TRADISIONAL KLATEN. Undergraduate Thesis. Departement of Accounting Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. 24 Agustus 2021. The goal of this study is to describe Bian Brownie's marketing strategy in Klaten's traditional market. This is a qualitative research project with an ethnographic design. Owners, staff, rivals, consumers, and the surrounding communities are the subjects of this study, which is focused on the marketing model for Bian chocolate cake products in Klaten's traditional market. Observation, in-depth interviews, and records were employed to obtain data. The source triangulation technique is used in this study to ensure data validity. Determine informants, interview informants, make ethnographic notes, ask descriptive questions, analyze interviews, create domains, ask structural questions, make taxonomies, ask contrasting questions, componential analysis, find cultural themes, and write ethnography are some of the stages of data analysis techniques. The findings revealed that the marketing pattern for Bian Brownies in the Klaten traditional market was carried out by understanding the characteristics of the distribution channel, using intermediaries as product distribution, and establishing a minimum order for direct delivery, as well as shipping costs if the delivery distance was greater than 8.0 km. Marketing activities are carried out by focusing on the product, its selling value, and the marketing strategy to be implemented. Marketing activities help to improve product sales and are one of the marketing techniques that can help to prevent sales declines. Also, determine whether sales are increasing or decreasing.
