Abstract

Blora Regency experienced rapid land use changes over a long period of time from 2012 to 2018, the increase in population has an impact on the need for land for settlements and offices which can actually encourage major land changes. This study aims to determine changes in land use in Blora Regency in 2012 – 2018, analyze the suitability of land use in 2018 against the RTRW in 2011 – 2031 in Blora Regency and analyze the factors that influence land use changes in Blora Regency. This research was conducted using a survey method (field inspection) which was used to match the results of digitizing land use in 2018 with conditions in the field. To find out changes in land use in 2012 - 2018 in Blora Regency and determine the level of suitability of land use in 2018 with the RTRW in 2011 - 2031 utilizing GIS assistance with the spatial overlay analysis method, secondary data analysis was carried out. To find out the factors that influence land use change in Blora Regency using the Multiple Linear Regression Method. Multiple Linear Regression Method. The results showed that until 2018 there was a change in land use in Blora Regency covering an area of 16,111.17 Ha, while land use classified according to the RTRW was 147,090 Ha or 80.79% of the total area in Blora Regency. Meanwhile, land suitability that is not suitable is 25,862.02 Ha or 14.21% and there are 9,106.77 Ha or 5% land use that is not in accordance with the RTRW of Blora Regency in 2011-2031. Based on the results of statistical data processing that population, population density and economic facilities are not proven as factors that affect land use change in Blora Regency.
