Setyo Pranoto. 2021. "Management of New Student Admissions Based on the SMP/MTs Teacher Partnership at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri Kendal Academic Year 2020/2021 ". Thesis of Graduate School Education Administration Master's Program. Muhammadiyah Surakarta university. Advisor I Prof. Dr. Tjipto Subadi, M.Si, Advisor II Dr. Achmad Fathoni, M.Pd . These students are components as well as objects in the process of providing education and transforming knowledge. Learners are also subjects of education where all the activities of the educational process are carried out at school . Students are the most important factor in an educational institution that seeks to develop their potential through the learning process (Rohman, 2009:106). The increase in the number of students is managed properly starting from the role of partnerships in planning implementation , and the role of partnerships in controlling student admissions. new in the partnership model for SMP/MTs teachers . The research aims: (1) To describe the role of partners in planning, implementing and controlling the acceptance of new students based on the SMP/MTs Teacher Partnership at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri for the academic year 2021/2021. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method where the research design used is phenomenology. The research subjects were the principal, teachers, parents and new students. The data were collected through observation, participants, in-depth interviews and documentation. The technique used to measure the validity of the data was triangulation. The researcher acted as an instrument. Analysis of the data held since the data collected , by using model interactive which consists of three parts :1. reducedata ; 2. presenting data; 3. Verification The results of this study indicate that the activities of partner teachers for SMP/MTs are very helpful in the role of partners regarding planning, implementing and controlling the admission of new students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri for the 2020/2021 academic year. The conclusion from this research is that the role of partners in implementing the acceptance of new students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri has been going well from 3 aspects, namely the role of partnerships in planning, the role of partners in implementation and the role of partners in controlling the acceptance of new students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Waleri. academic year 2021/2021.
