Abstract

The purpous of this study is to know the economic impact, the social impact, and the social impact of the welfare of business participants from the economic and social impact on the waterfall’s natural tourist attraction Pengantin, Srambang, and Suwono. This type of research is qualitative in ethnographic design. Sources in the study are 3 tour operators and 4 businesses around the tourist area. Data collection technique made by observation, deep interview, and documentation. The validity of data conducted by comparinginformation obtained. Data techniques are conducted with reduction of data, presentation of conclusion and verification. The results of the study suggest that the economic impact of labor is absorption, new job opportunities, such as trade, carpenters, and manufactures, erratic income, and land price rise. The social impact of the situation is that e larger and more efficients means of improving the education rate of his generation, with society more frequently and more smoothly using Indonesian to commune, and shift in habits tends to more emphasis on economic activities than on mutual interests such as cooperation and welfare. In terms of economic growth, new jobs have been create to provide more income so that they can expand business, invest, and meet better social needs, businesses still welcome the ever presents tourists, they consider tourist who are.
