In the development of business in the world of hospitality, it has attracted a lot of public attention. One of them is a sharia-based hotel. Sharia hotel is a concept that combines the conventional hotel business by incorporating several Islamic principles (values) in it. One of the targets of Sharia hotels is people who have stayed at Sharia hotels. This study is to see how much influence price, location, religiosity, and trust have on the decision to use a Sharia hotel using the Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) method. The sample technique was taken from 247 community respondents who had stayed at Sharia hotels through questionnaires distributed online and processed through the SPSS and AMOS applications. The results show that there is a very significant positive relationship between price and visitor's decision, trust and visitor's decision, trust and repurchase intention, and visitor's decision and repurchase intention. The research that shows a negative influence is location with visitor's decision, religiosity with visitor's decision, price with repurchase intention, location with repurchase intention, religiosity with repurchase intention.
