Abstract
One form of muamalat that is most often done by humans in general is buying and selling. In buying and selling activities, we usually encounter the term promotion. One form of promotion in the practice of buying and selling is a price discount or discount. The purpose of this study is to find out the practice of buying and selling cheap redemption at Alfamart, how from an Islamic point of view the practice of buying and selling cheap redemption and to find out how the regulations of employees in the practice of buying and selling. This type of research is included in field research, where data is obtained from primary data in the form of interviews and observations, while secondary data is obtained from literature and data documentation. The results of this study are in the practice of redeeming cheap buyers must buy products at Alfamart with a minimum total expenditure of Rp. 50,000 first. The contract on the practice of cheap redemption at Alfamart uses an al muwadla'ah contract, the practice of buying and selling cheap redemption at Alfamart is allowed because there is no element of gharar and the element of bringing to what is forbidden and causing harm. Employees are also prohibited from taking cheap redeemed products, although there are no written regulations for employees that prohibit such actions. This action is contrary to Alfamart's culture, namely integrity, and violates the principle of Islamic business ethics, namely honesty.
