Abstract
This research aims to describe the role of the Kebonan village government in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus. This research is located in Kebonan Village, Karanggede District, Boyolali Regency. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were the village head, village officials, and community leaders of the Kebonan village. The data collection method used was interview, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study used triangulation of data collection techniques and data sources. Data analysis using an interactive model includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the successful role of the Village Government in Preventing the Spread of the Covid-19 Virus in Kebonan Village was greatly influenced by the roles of all parties, the development of program synergy between interested parties would accelerate the process of preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus in Kebonan Village. The policies carried out by the Kebonan Village Government are carried out through a systematic planning consisting of stages of planning, implementation, and supervision. At the planning stage, it focuses on the formation of a volunteer task force for the village of Kebonan to assist in the preparation of field programs, then at the implementation stage is the implementation of a policy program resulting from a meeting attended by multi-parties including field activities and socialization, as well as the supervision stage carried out by the assisted village government. by law enforcement officials and village volunteer task forces. Obstacles in implementing policies to prevent the Spread of the Covid-19 Virus by the village government are the lack of community compliance with the realization of village government policies. The solution is carried out with guidance through regular supervision so that it can have a deterrent effect on the Kebonan village community who violates the policy program.
