Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the value of Indonesian unity in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic through youth activities. To find out what factors support and hinder the implementation of the value of Indonesian unity in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic through youth activities. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model through data collection, data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used triangulation of data sources and triangulation of techniques. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the implementation of the value of Indonesian unity in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic through youth activities is based on 3 aspects, namely togetherness or solidarity, cohesiveness and respect for differences, avoiding racial conflicts and instilling yourself, attitudes and behaviors that reflect togetherness or solidarity in oneself as Youth organizations and having a high sense of unity are expected to spur enthusiasm to be more advanced and have mutual respect for fellow youth members. Thus the implementation of the values of unity in the activities of the Karangtengah Youth Organization in Weru Village, Sukoharjo Regency includes a feeling of togetherness and the same fate between communities, residents and members of the youth organization, driven by human nature as social beings, the need for dependence between one and the other. other, there is an impulse of the soul as high and as low, an urge to help other people's troubles. The process of cultivating the value of unity because it is carried out jointly and shoulder to shoulder to help and help in every activity he does. The obstacles experienced during the activities of cultivating the value of Indonesian unity during the Covid-19 Pandemic were only technical problems in the implementation of the activities that were carried out and coordination with members was carried out suddenly. Thus the description of the lack of awareness of each member of the youth organization in activities, lack of initiative and weak cultural values because only technical implementation problems become obstacles in the process of instilling the values of Indonesian unity and the efforts made in overcoming this are guidance and notification to community members regarding social values and the value of unity and collaborating with the village head to provide knowledge through outreach to all residents and especially for members of the Karang Taruna in Karangtengah village, Weru district, Sukoharjo regency.
