Abstract
This study aims to see the effect of training, job appraisal, and job involvement on employee performance. Studies conducted at PT. Rosalia Indah Solo. The sample of this study is 40 respondents who work in the company. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determinant coefficients, validity and reliability tests. The results of the last research questionnaire are valid and reliable. Based on the results of the analysis found, it can be explained that training, job appraisal and job involvement have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Rosalia Indah, the Solo
