Abstract

The company is trying to improve the quality of human resources. improvement of employee performance in improving and developing resources in order to be able to compete with other companies. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of wages and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Prima Kemasindo 2021. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and documentation to employees of PT. Prima Kemasindo 2021. The data analysis techniques in this study include several data compilations, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression hypothesis tests, f tests, t tests and determination tests. The results of the study of wages and the environment together or have a significant effect on work productivity. The results of t-test variables have a significant effect on work productivity, work environment has a significant effect on work productivity. The work productivity variable can be explained by the wage and environment variables by 56.7% and the others are influenced by other variables.
