Abstract
Performance is the result of a person's work to achieve the desired target. If the performance of employees in an institution or company goes well and as desired, then the company will automatically achieve the desired target. To find out, problems can be formulated. among others; 1) Effect of recruitment on employee performance of KPP Pratama Ngawi 2) Effect of job training on employee performance of KPP Pratama Ngawi 3) Effect of influence of human resource competence on employee performance of KPP Pratama Ngawi. This study uses a quantitative approach, where in this study the object of research is KPP Pratama Ngawi with a population of 85 employees with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire technique. The instrument validity test uses Pearson Product Moment. While the reliability test uses Cronbach alpha. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the partial regression analysis show that there is a significant influence between recruitment and human resource competence on the performance of KPP Pratama Ngawi employees. Meanwhile, job training has a negative and insignificant effect. Partially, it is proven by the t-test with the obtained t-count of 3.948 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 for the recruitment variable (X1). -0.215 with a significance of 0.830 > 0.05 for the job training variable (X2). 3,394 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05 for the variable of human resource competence (X3). Simultaneously, it is proven by the F test, which is obtained F count of 8.002 with a significance of 0.000. The magnitude of the influence between recruitmen, job training and human resource competence at KPP Pratama Ngawi by 26.3% and the remaining 73.7% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables. The conclusion of this research is that there is a positive and significant influence between 1) recruitment, 2) job training and 3) human resource competence on the performance of KPP Pratama Ngawi employees.
