Abstract
The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of Organization Culture consisting of transparation, dinamic,creative, professionalism, togetherness affectt on employee performance of Batik Masaran Sragen Jawa Tengah Industrian.This study used quantitative method.This sampleof this study using purposive samplingtechnique. The analysis usesnormality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t tesst, F test and determination (R2). The population of this study is taken from the employees Batik Brotoseno, Batik Dewi Arum and Batik Joyodipo in Batik Masaran Sragen area with total of this sample 56 respondents.The results of this study showed that influence of Organization Culture consisting of transparation, dinamic,creative, professionalism, togetherness have significant affectt on employee performance of Batik Masaran Sragen Jawa Tengah Industrian.
