Abstract

Process standard is the national standard of education related to the implementation of learning in the education unit to achieve the standard of competence of graduates. National standards of education serve as the basis in the planning, implementation and assessment of education in order to realize a quality national education. The objectives of this study are: 1) to know the standard strategy of the teacher's education process in the planning and implementation of the learning process. 2) know the constraints in the implementation of educational process standards to improve the quality of schools.. This type of research is field research that collects data and information from facts that occur. The data in this study was collected from interviews, observations and documentation. The object of this research was at SMA Negeri 1 Wuryantoro and SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri. The subjects of the study were teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Wuryantoro and teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri. The results of the research on the implementation of the standard education process of SMA Negeri 1 Wuryantoro and SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri to improve the quality of schools in the planning, implementation and assessment activities of the learning process are in accordance with the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 22 of 2016. 1)Learning planning is designed in the form of syllabus documents and RPP (Learning Implementation Plan).2)The implementation of learning includes the allocation of face-to-face hours, the number of study groups, classroom management and laboratories. The learning process takes place which includes preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. Assessment of the learning process using authentic assessments that assess the readiness of learners, processes, and learning outcomes in full. 3)Constraints in the implementation of educational process standards, namely documents that should be made by each teacher simultaneously by MGMP (Teacher Deliberation Subjects), the curriculum structure and learning hours are divided so that the teacher finds it difficult to determine the material according to the hours of learning on time, Monotonous teacher learning strategies, a large number of students so that schools are overwhelmed in determining specialization majors.
