Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of the money supply variable, exchange rate, interest rate, and foreign debt on inflation in Indonesia. This research is a type of quantitative research and uses secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) by applying the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The data used in this study is data from 2000-2019. The results of this study indicate that the money supply and interest rate variables have a positive and significant effect on inflation in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the exchange rate and foreign debt variables have a negative and insignificant effect on inflation in Indonesia in the 2000-2019 period.
