Abstract

Based on the results of the interview as preliminary data, cooperative companies need to increase employee commitment, due to new regulations that require employees to improve their commitment and performance. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The technique of determining samples is using population study techniques, namely how to use the sample entirely because there are less than 100 people samples from this study is as many as 50 employees of Cooperative Sejahtera Bersama Solo Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Culture with Organizational Commitment. The data collection tool uses the organizational commitment scale (29 items; α = 0.866), the job satisfaction scale (16 items; α = 0.866), the organizational 2 culture scale (23 items; α = 0.881). Based on the results of the analysis of known data 1) there is a very significant relationship between satisfaction and organizational culture with organizational commitment. 2) there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 3) there is a very significant positive relationship between the culture of the organization and the commitment of the organization. The average empirical result of job satisfaction variable is very high, organizational culture variable is classified as moderate, and organizational commitment variable is classified as moderate. Effective Contribution to the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Culture With Organizational commitment based on coefficient R = 0.642 with a breakdown of job satisfaction variables of 2.3% and organizational culture variables of 43.5% while 54.2% were influenced by other variables.
