Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of work from home on employee performance, (2) analyze the effect of performance allowances on employee performance, (3) analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the data used are primary data obtained directly from the respondents. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents using probability sampling technique. Respondents from this study were employees of the Madiun Regency Regional Technical Institute. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the SEM model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study are that work from home has a significant effect on employee performance. performance allowances have no significant effect on employee performance. Job stress has a significant effect on employee performance.
