Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of the organizational communication climate on the job satisfaction of employees of local television companies (TATV). This research uses quantitative method using a positivistic approach. The data collection in this study uses primary data. Samples taken from this study all TATV employees totaling 78 employees. Data analysis techniques used in linear regression analysis research are simple. The results showed that respondents were dominated by the male sex of 60 respondents (76,9%) followed by 18 female respondents (23,1%). Based on the concurrent regression shows a positive contanta value (11,954) meaning that if the variable value of the Constant Organizational Communion Climate is no change then the amount of Job Satisfaction is 11,954. Based on the coefficient value of β shows a positive value of (0.326) meaning that each increase in the Organizational Communication Climate can increase job satisfaction by 0.326 Based on the results of partial sacara regression test or t shows a calculated t value of (6,695) and a sig value of (0.000) < 0.05). h0: being rejected means there is a positive and significant influence of the Organization's Communication Climate on job satisfaction. Based on the regression coefficient R2 shows rs cuare value of (0.371) meaning 37.1% of job satisfaction variables are influenced by organizational communication climate and the remaining 62.9% are influenced by other variables outside of this study.
