Abstract

Business competition in the current era must be prepared by strengthening the company's internal conditions because one of the company's strengths lies in human resources. Human resource management is very often focused on the work productivity of employees. Work productivity supported by monitoring to monitor work progress and also supported assessment to increase performance.PT. Sinar Grafindo is a company engaged in the distribution of printing equipment. At this time the company has implemented job monitoring but still uses the conventional method with personal chat. So that the running process is not effective because of the lack of centralized information. Therefore, it is necessary to apply technology to facilitate the work monitoring process to be more efficient and accurate. The technology used is a management information system to manage the work monitoring process and employee performance evaluation with web-based. The system created is expected to be able to document all information from monitoring employee work and evaluating employee performance into index (KPI), so that performance and productivity of employee able to reach the target.
