Abstract
Alfamart is a supermarket chain with many branches in Indonesia. In general, these outlets sell various food products, beverages and other necessities of life. To carry out activities, Alfamart needs actors who contribute to it, namely employees who have been recruited according to predetermined qualifications, so that in this case they can help carry out activities at Alfamart. This study aims to determine the process of implementing a work agreement/Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT), rights and obligations as well as applicable labor regulations, as well as knowing the legal responsibility if one of the parties makes a mistake in implementing a certain time work agreement. The approach method used is based on legal research using a normative approach. Because in this study using legal regulations and legal principles relating to work agreements with a contract system between employees and Alfamart Minimarkets. This research is descriptive because in this study describes and describes the data systematically and thoroughly on the regulations on the process and implementation of legal responsibilities in the implementation of work agreements / work agreements for a certain time. The results of the study stated that in the process and implementation of work agreements/work agreements for a certain time, the applicable regulations must be met. Administrative requirements and legal requirements. Furthermore, the agreement occurs after both parties sign a work agreement / work agreement for a certain time made by Alfamart which is a standard agreement. The existence of an agreement creates a legal relationship to implement rights and obligations. Both parties who have been bound have rights and obligations that must be fulfilled respectively. If one of the parties makes a mistake in the work agreement for a certain time, because it does not fulfill its obligations, it must be responsible on the basis of default and if in carrying out the work it violates the applicable regulations and does not have good intentions in carrying out the work agreement for a certain time, then it can be accounted for based on Act against the law.
