Abstract

The aim to be achieved by doing this research is to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing and digital competence on the performance of employees at PT. Pakubumi Inti Mineral. The results of this study are expected to be a guide for leaders in determining the factors that can improve employee performance. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative research approach and uses primary data. The sample used in this study were 53 respondents using the saturated sample technique. Respondents from this study were employees of PT Pakubumi Inti Mineral. The data analysis technique uses SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 21 software. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: 1) Knowledge sharing has a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Digital competence has a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Knowledge sharing and digital competence have a significant effect on employee performance.
