Abstract

Refilling drinking water at the depot generally uses relatively modern equipment. The process of filling water into bottles is still manually. The operator presses the button to start filling and pays attention to the water volume level during the filling process. This is less efficient and the accuracy of the volume of water that is filled in the bottle will be different from one bottle to another. Directly, consumers can be harmed because the volume of water entering the bottle is not the same even with the same operator. the operator is harmed if the volume of water is abundant in the design of a bottled water filling device using a button, lcd, and a water pump connected to a relay to fill water automatically so that no one is harmed. The automatic bottled water filling system is designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of bottled water filling so as to minimize these losses. Then input the volume value (milli Liters / Liters) you want via the button and the Arduino process to display it on the LCD. After the volume is inputted then press the start button and the Arduino processes the command to start filling the bottle, if the water pump on flow sensor starts reading the volume of water coming out of the pump, the water volume has matched the volume inputted by the Arduino triggers the pump to be turned off and the filling process have been completed. The results of the tool testing concluded that the tool can work well as expected, namely the tool can fill water according to the desire to use a measuring cup, although sometimes eror still occur below 2% because the flow meter with the Yf-401 type has a sensor eror data sheet of 2%.
