Abstract

This study aims to determine the faktors that influence the success of e-learning for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UMS. The sample in this study were 200 respondents who were taken through purposive sampling method. The analytical tools used in this research include instrument data test, classical assumption test, path coefficient test, goodness of fit test and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that 1) Demographics have a positive and significant effect on Elearning; 2) Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Elearning Learning. Therefore, this indicates that all the variables studied have a positive and significant effect on the success of E-learning learning for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UMS.
