Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the impact of good corporate govenance (GCG) against financial performance. In this case GCG paired with board of directors board of commissioners and audit commitee, and the financial performance paired with ROA. This research's samples are the company of food and drink which are registered in Indonesia stock exchange in period of 2014-2020. data analysis that used in this research is multiple linear regression. the sampling technique in this research called purpose sampling technique which can make 7 companies with 49 choosed samples to be inspected. data analysis i used are classic asumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination also f test and t test. All f independence variable test take effect to dependen variable at the same time. The determination test showed that independence variable can give the result at 18.4%.The t test showed if board of directors has a negative effect and significant for financial performance, board of commisioners has a positive effect and significant to financial performance and audit commitee has a negative effect also not significant to financial performance.
