Abstract

The research aims to describe the management of cassava chips from UD Yofa in Plukaran village. This type of research is qualitative with an ethnographic design. How to collect data by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. There are 3 resource persons for this research. The researcher is a student. To test the validity of the data used source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses data analysis techniques on the site. The results showed that the management of cassava chips from UD Yofa's daplang in Plukaran village included management preparation activities, management implementation, and supervision of the management of UD Yofa. While the results of the management of cassava chips from UD Yofa's daplang in Plukaran village include employment opportunities, increased income, and income for household needs. The management of daplang cassava at UD Yofa has been carried out optimally by increasing income to meet household needs.
