Abstract
This research is about the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The study was conducted at PT Indomarco Prsimatama, Soloraya Branch. Samples taken in accordance with the total population, namely as many as 100 respondents who work at PT Indomarco Prismatama Soloraya Branch. The analysis technique used is purposive sampling with the method used through saturated sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5 as answers from these respondents. The analytical method used is the convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, reliability test, R test, and Path Coefficient. Based on the results of the resulting analysis, it can be explained that the organizational culture style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, but leadership style has a positive but insignificant influence on employee performance. And the model of leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment is able to explain employee performance by 88% and the remaining 12% is influenced by other independent variables.
