Abstract
This study aims to analyze costs, risk sharing, business support, loss of control, access to conventional debt, financial compatibility, stage of development, religious beliefs, normative beliefs, self-efficacy, facilitation conditions on the intention to use PLS financing on MSMEs in Central Java. data through a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used Smart PLS version 3.0. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling and data testing techniques used in this study include the outer model consisting of convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, cronbanch's alpha and multicollinearity tests as well as the inner model consisting of coefficient determination, goodness of fit, effect size test (f2), Normed fit index and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are variables 1) Cost affects the intention to use PLS financing, 2) Risk sharing affects the intention to use PLS financing, 3) Business support does not affect the intention to use PLS financing, 4) Loss of control affects the intention to use PLS financing, 5) Access to conventional debt affects the intention to use PLS financing, 6) Financial conformity has no effect on the intention to use PLS financing, 7) The development stage affects financial suitability, 8) Religious beliefs have no effect on the intention to use PLS financing, 9) Normative beliefs have no effect on the intention to use PLS financing, 10) Self-efficacy has no effect on the intention to use PLS financing, 11) The condition of the facility affects the intention to use PLS financing, 12) The development stage has no effect on the intention to use PLS financing through financial suitability.
