Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing Work From Home on employee performance at PT Jamkrindo during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative analysis and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The population used in this study were 26 employees of PT Jamkrindo who have implemented Work From Home (WFH). Primary data collection used questionnaires, and research data were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation analysis. The results of the Pearson product moment correlation analysis test in this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between Work From Office (WFH) on employee performance.
