Abstract

UMKM Abon PS Mas is a company engaged in processing meat into shredded products with various flavors. UMKM Abon PS Mas provide halal guarantees for their products as evidenced by a halal certificate from the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI). However, in the supply chain process, UMKM Abon PS Mas have potential risks related to product halalness. Therefore, this study aims to identify all halal risk events in the company's supply chain flow and analyze the severity, identify the occurrence of risk agen and determine risk mitigation strategies for the company's halal supply chain. This research was conducted using the 2-phase House Of Risk (HOR) method. HOR phase 1 is by identifying risks using Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method, measuring the severity and occurance, and calculating the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP). While HOR stage 2 is a risk management strategy. After doing the research, it was found that there were 16 risk events and 12 risk agen in the company's supply chain flow. A total of 6 risk sources are the dominant risk sources. So that obtained 8 appropriate risk mitigation strategies for the company.
