Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe the reproductive rights of women who have legal protection, know the legal protection of women's reproductive rights based on the Criminal Code and Aceh Qanun No. 6 of 2014, and find similarities and differences in the legal protection of women's reproductive rights based on the Criminal Code and Aceh Qanun No. 6 of 2014. This research is a literature research which is normative juridical. The primary data sources of this study are the Criminal Code, and Qonun No. 6/2014 on the Law of Jinayat. Data were analyzed using inductive and deductive methods. The results showed that 1) There are 12 women's reproductive rights that are protected by law. Reproductive rights are the result of the agreement in the CEDAW convention. 2) Criminal Code and Qanun No. 2014 protected women's reproductive rights by providing sanctions or punishments to violators or attackers of women's reproductive rights. 3) Similarities of the Criminal Code and Qanun No. In 2014 protecting the reproductive rights of women is giving equal reproductive rights for women, while the difference is that the Qanun No. 6/2014 is more comprehensive in protecting reproductive rights laws.
