Abstract
Immunization is the most efficient and effective public health effort to prevent a number of dangerous diseases. During this COVID-19 period, immunizations will continue to be carried out at puskesmas and immunization services at posyandu will be abolished. The implementation of immunization services must comply with health protocols and implement the principles of Infection Prevention and Control (PPI). The formulation of the following research problem is how the level of parental satisfaction with immunization services during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Kandangan Health Center, Temanggung Regency. The following research aims to describe the characteristics of respondents, immunization services and describe the level of satisfaction with services at the immunization service center during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Kandangan Health Center, Temanggung Regency. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the number of respondents aged 26-35 years is 42 respondents (70%), respondents aged 17-25 years is 14 respondents (23.3%) and as many as 4 respondents (0.7%) are aged under 36-45. year. According to the bivariate analysis of age before merging between young, middle and old age and after combining young and middle age to young and old age, the results showed no significant correlation. All respondents in the following study were female. In addition, 27 (45%). Most of the respondents were educated. The most work done is IRT with a total of 44 respondents (73.3%). The level of parental satisfaction with immunization services, most of the respondents were in the satisfied category with a percentage of 79.4%, followed by a very satisfied category of 21.6%, no category of dissatisfied and very dissatisfied. The results of the research on tangibles (physical evidence) show the category of being satisfied (76,7%). Realiability factor (reliability) shows the category of satisfied (78.3%). Responsiveness factor (responsiveness) shows the category of satisfied (78.3%). Assurance factor (guarantee) shows the category of satisfied with the percentage of 76.7%. Empathy factor satisfied category 78.3%.
