Abstract

The implementation of K3 is also needed in the tourism industry in general and in restaurants in particular.Employees who work in restaurants can not be separated from the possibility of having a work accident.Working in a restaurant has a risk of minor injuries and even serious injuries.Implementation of occupational safety and health in restaurants is a form of efforts to minimize and prevent accidents in the workplace, reduce work fatigue, increase employee productivity, and maintain a healthy and efficient work environment. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of variables consisting of: the influence of occupational safety and health on employee performance with job satisfaction as moderator variables.This type of research is descriptive quantitative with samples used as many as 151 respondents.The results showed that (1) work safety variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction variables, (2) occupational health variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction variables, (3) work safety variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables, (4) occupational health variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables, and (5) job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.
