Abstract

THE EFFECT OF SELF-EFFICACY ON BEHAVIOR CONTROL AND BUSINESS NETWORKS INTEREST IN ENTERPRENEURSHIP(Study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta) The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self-efficacy, behavior control, and business networks on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This research is a descriptive quantitative research type. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The sample of this study was 140 respondents with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data collection method is done through a questionnaire. While the hypothesis test uses the multiple regression test. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy, behavior control, and business networks have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore,to increase interest in entrepreneurship, students need to improve their self-efficacy and ability to control behavior and strive to have a business network starting fromk students
