Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of satisfaction and trust on loyalty in online purchase. This study is a quantitative study using primary data obtained directly from the results of questionnaires distributed to 203 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that both satisfaction and trust have a positive and significant effect on loyalty in online purchase.
