Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and achievement motivation on innovative behavior with self-efficacy as a mediating variable for the case study of PT TELKOM Witel Solo. This type of research uses correlational research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method uses probability sampling. The object used is the employees of PT Telkom Witel Solo as many as 50 employees. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis using PLS 3.0 program includes instrument test, validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing. The results show that transformational leadership has no positive and significant effect on self-efficacy. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on self efficacy . transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. There is no positive and significant effect of transformational leadership on innovative behavior through self-efficacy as a mediating variable. There is a positive and significant effect of achievement motivation on innovative behavior through self-efficacy as a mediating variable.
