Abstract
The purpose of this study to find out the effect of financial performance on stock returns on manufacturing companies. This research uses a type of quantitative research using secondary data. The population in this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which amount to 7 (seven) companies. Sampling techniques in this study by Purposive sampling method, obtained 5 samples of companies from a population of 7 companies. The data analysis techniques used in this study are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of this study can be concluded that debt to equity ratio is partially not a sighnififikan effect on stock returns. The Price Earning Ratio partially has no effect on stock returns. And Price to Book Value partially has a significant effect on stock returns.
