Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, motivation and work environment on employee performance during the pandemic to Amanah Karanganyar Agro- tourism. The population and sample used in this study were 97 respondents of Amanah Agro-tourism. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that job training had an effect on employee performance. Work motivation has an effect on employee performance. The work environment has an effect on employee performance. Work training, work motivation and work environment have a simultaneous effect on employeeperformance. Job training, work motivation, and work environment are able to explain the variability of employee work productivity variables by 20.7%
