Abstract

This research is entitled "Bmt Strategies In Overcoming Problem Financing During The Covid-19 Pandemic Review From Fatwa Dsn Mui (Case Study Of Independent Women Bmt Boyolali)". Departing from the problem of factors that cause problematic financing and strategies for handling it, the purpose of this study is to find out the strategies and factors that cause problematic financing during the Covid 19 pandemic and how to analyze the suitability of the strategy used with the DSN MUI fatwa. This type of research includes field research, namely: a research that is carried out systematically by collecting data in the field. The information and data needed are obtained directly through BMT interviews which are descriptive in nature or describe the strategies carried out by the BMT in resolving problematic financing. The factors that cause problematic financing during the COVID-19 pandemic include: internal factors, and external factors. Which external factors are also grouped into 2 categories, namely (external factors outside of Covid 19, and external factors within the scope of Covid 19). The strategy carried out by BMT Wanita Mandiri Boyolali is to carry out the 3R method, namely rescheduling (re-scheduling), Reconditioning (requirements), and Restructuring (rearrangement), if these three strategies do not produce results and the customer still has good faith, refinancing will be carried out, and if on the other hand the customer does not also have good faith, then the last resort that must be done is by withdrawing the guarantee. The results of the analysis of the strategy used by the Independent Women's BMT Boyolali are in accordance with the Fatwa of the MUI DSN No. 47/DSN-MUI/II/2005.
