Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on firm value by disclosing Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderating variable. The analysis technique used in this research is statistical analysis and uses 31 samples of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The results of this study are expected to be used as material for company consideration in evaluating whether the level of financial performance and social responsibility activities has been carried out properly to achieve corporate value. Based on the research results, it shows that Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure has a positive value and is able to moderate the relationship between financial performance and firm value. Financial performance has a positive influence and has a significant effect on firm value. And the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on company value.
