Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on study job satisfaction of teachers and employees of SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta. The population and sample in this study were teachers and employees of SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta with the number of respondents as the sample in this study were 134 respondents. The data source used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the SPSS 16 method. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that: (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
