Abstract
According to Article 64 of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower a company can hand over part of its work to other companies through a written contracting agreement or the provision of worker/labor services. In connection with the existence of the Employment Creation Act, which resulted in several changes to the rules as previously regulated in the Manpower Act, the aspects of these changes also affect the welfare of the workers concerned. This study uses a doctrinal or normative approach, because in this study the legal principles, legal principles, legal aspects, in the work agreement at PT. Madani Superpower. This type of research is descriptive, because to describe or explain the data as accurately as possible about the suitability of the work agreement at PT. Madani Superpower. This study aims to determine the suitability of the work agreement at PT. Adidaya Madani with the rules contained in the Manpower Act and knowing the legal consequences if the work agreement is violated by one of the parties. The results showed that the agreement at PT. ADIDAYA MADANI has complied with the provisions of the legislation. The legal consequences if the work agreement is violated by one of the parties has been regulated in the work agreement of PT. ADIDAYA MADANI where the party who violates the agreement must be responsible for default or unlawful acts.
